In this program you will learn to identify and change behaviors that are keeping you stuck in cycles of unhealthy food choices. You will learn how to eat for optimal nutrition but also for pleasure. Clients who go through this program report that they lose weight, sleep great, feel amazing, and are equipped with everything they need to live a lifestyle of wellness: mind, body, & soul! This program includes: 12 weeks of video lessons, approximately 25 minutes long with downloadable pdf of important information 30-40 minute one-on-one coaching calls each week, with goal-setting Dietary assessment with personalized nutrition and wellness suggestions Coach encouragement and accountability throughout the week Each week you will choose at least one change to implement, based on what you learn. This unique method will help you to be successful long-term, no matter where you are at in your wellness and weight-loss journey.
